Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Lizaz Emlak (Abdulbaki Yetiş — YENI BAGDAT CAD. 1123. SK. NO:1, 41740 GEBZE / KOCAELI, TURKEY) as the data controller.

2. Personal Data Collected

The following data is collected via the contact form:

• Full name and company
• Email address
• Phone number
• Advisory topic and message content

For newsletter subscription, only an email address is processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Reviewing and responding to advisory requests
• Conducting technical real estate analysis and feasibility studies
• Sending market bulletins and research notes (if subscribed)
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

8. Cookies and Analytics Tools

Lizazemlak.com uses the following cookie and tracking technologies:

• Technically necessary cookies: session management, language preference, security (CSP, CSRF). These cookies do not require explicit consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and KVKK Art. 5/2(c)(f).

These analytics tools are used only to understand visitor behavior and improve the website experience. We do not engage in advertising targeting, profiling, or third-party data sales. No personally identifiable data is collected.
